EQZDH 800 Automatic Brazing Machine

The EQZDH 800 offers a cost-effective solution for brazing carbide and stellite tipped saw
blades. Featuring a user-friendly KINCO HMI touch screen, it allows for efficient input of saw
blade data. The machine's movements are precisely controlled by a Keyence PLC system and

all axis’ use THK guide ways. The EQZDH 800 has 4 different brazing programs that utilize,
Tri-Metal shim, wire, shim and wire and pre-tinned tips ensuring flexibility in various operational
conditions. There is a built-in program to do variable pitch tooth configuration. Complete with a
3kW chiller.

The EQZDH 800 requires hand loading of the saw blade and the EQZHD 500R is an automatic
loading machine capable of auto loading saws up to 500mm (20”) and can still manually load
saws up to 800mm (32”)
